OneNote Win10-App: No Options available

Hello,

just installed Win 10 on my surface and got the new onenote app.
Now for an hour I try to find out, where the "Options" and my notebooks are, because theres no Button next to the "Home" Button available (the one with the three lines)! Its just not there. Is there any other way???
