Default Can't Open URL hyperlinks

Hi All
This is a very recent problem and I can't think of anything I have done over the last two days (as it was working up to Friday) that would cause it but when I click on any url in onenote I get the following message.

"Your organization's policies are preventing us from completing this action for you. For more info, please contact your help desk. "

I am self employed, so there is no "organization" or "help desk" to consult. any ideas. Its truly crippling what I do and a huge part of what I use One Note for.

Thanks much
Jeanette

Hi Jeanette,
Does this also happens when you create a link to a file or just an URL. Does it also happens when you create a hyperlink in a new workbook?
