Default OneNote 2010 Syncing Error

I have created a notebook and saved it to our Shared Drive (H). I go in and update the notebook, add sections, pages, content, etc. When I go to share the notebook, the other user gets a message stating that the section can not be viewed cause it has not been uploaded yet? Not sure what that means. I go out to the location where the notebook is saved and both sections that I have created are there. I check the sync status and it says "Waiting to update". I did a little trouble shooting and noticed if I remove all sections that the sync completes, but once I add a section in there, I get this error. Could someone assist as to what is going on? I just repaired my Office Applications due to an email error a couple days ago. I also closed OneNote and restarted, with not avail.
