Default Highlighting Text After Sync

I use One Note between many devices and every time I open the note on a new device, the text is all of the sudden highlighted. Is anyone else experiencing this? Is there a solution?

The hight lighted text is new to that page in a way that it has not been read from that device. It can be annoying but i always rightclick on the page title tab and click the mark as read option from the menu. Better yet i select all pages on my other device and click 'mark as read'. Takes care of it in two steps.
