Default Moving pages

Is it possible to move a page after it has been created? I would like to put pages in the Quick Notes section on the fly and later create a sections and/or notebooks for them later to organize them.

Yes you can move the pages after they have been created. When you right click on the pagetitle there is an option called Move or Copy. Take your pick.
