Add initial right to the textbox
The attached image shows a dialog between my peer and me.
TP is my peer's initial, I am not sure how to add it on the right side of the box. Thanks. |

Hi,
You don't add it yourself it will be added automatically. It looks for your initials in the Office setup. You can view who's been editing the pages by clicking on the 'Show / Hide' authors button in the ribbon in the tab View. You can set your initials via File-Options-General. Look at the bottom of the dialog windows in the section: Personalize your copy of Office. |

I have my initial in File-Options-General. But why it doesn't show next to the box?

Did you hit the button on the Ribbon on the Share tab - Show Author?

Your coworker is right, you see the initials from others. But i have to say that i see my initials when i click the show hide authors button. So bit of a question why it is not showing for you.
