Default day planner page

Hello!
I'm looking for an add on that will automatically create a year's worth of agenda pages. I had this one ()
but it stopped working when I upgraded from 2010 to 365/2013 (is there a difference?). I can't get it to work. I have the programmability.net enabled but it no longer works and it's driving me nuts.

If anyone has a better idea I am open to suggestions - I need a day planner where I can link short descriptions to other pages containing more in depth explanations.
Hopefully someone can help me with this...
