Default Save external link files with OneNote?

Hi all,
I am new with OneNote (first day using it). Please bear with me if my question sounds stupid.

I have a couple of external links in my Notebook "Project Log". These links either link to a PDF or Excel file stored in another folder in my computer.

My question is:
If I want to send "Project Log" to my supervisor, how can I include all the external files when I send it out?

Currently, "Project Log" only has one section which has 2 subpages. Each subpage has 1 external link. The first link linked to a PDF. The second linked to an Excel file. As the project advances, more sections, subpages and external links will be added.

I am using OneNote 2010.

Thanks in advance.
