Hi all,
I am new with OneNote (first day using it). Please bear with me if my question sounds stupid. I have a couple of external links in my Notebook "Project Log". These links either link to a PDF or Excel file stored in another folder in my computer. My question is: If I want to send "Project Log" to my supervisor, how can I include all the external files when I send it out? Currently, "Project Log" only has one section which has 2 subpages. Each subpage has 1 external link. The first link linked to a PDF. The second linked to an Excel file. As the project advances, more sections, subpages and external links will be added. I am using OneNote 2010. Thanks in advance. Last edited by salmonrose; 09-10-2014 at 04:25 PM. Reason: Added OneNote version. |

easiest way would be to just drag and drop them into the specified pages you made. OneNote will ask what you would like to do with the file. (copy would be a valid choice)
