Default Upgrade to 2013 not allowing me to edit notebook

Things were working fine until I upgraded OneNote to version 2013. Now my computer willl not sync with my other computers and the error message is that I do not have permission to edit this Notebook. I am the owner and only user of this notebook and computer. There was a password issue which I resolved. After the upgrade now a window comes up and asks you to log in with your Microsoft account and password. I successfullly changed the password on all three computers but this one will not sync. My computers are all running Windows 7. The message was "see the administrator or owner of the notebook and ask for permission". Thanks for whatever help you can give me.
