Synce issues

I'm having a problem with one note not syncing.

Started with a single Notebook stored on One drive, shared with one person.

When I try and sync, the green progress bar moves fairly quickly to the right and then seems to sit there (at what looks like 100%) for ever.

Have tried setting new notebooks (on One drive but not shared) and copying all sections. Same issue.

Tried copying just the small sections to another new notebook. would not sync.



Created a local NB, copied two small sections - would not sync. Shared folder with one person using Move to One drive. Still would not sync.

Appears to do a sync, gives me a last sync time, but red x icon still appears on notebook
