OneNote Web app for mobile

Can i open Notebooks on any mobile browser using OneNote Online not OneNote Mobile App
when i try to open notebooks on my mobile browser (as we open on desktop internet browser ) it opens my OneNote mobile app.

if i don't have OneNote Mobile app . it should open on my mobile browser using OneNote online(OneNote WebApp)
Please help how to accomplish this task
