Inserting File Printouts: Printing all to one page
I am inserting PDF file printouts into one note, when I do this it creates a new page in one note for each page in the PDF. I would much prefer having it arranged where all of the pages of the .PDF document are on one page in ghte one note program. How would I go about doing this?

“I am inserting PDF file printouts into one note”
What do you mean by inserting “PDF file printouts” ? Do you want to insert some PDF documents as a printout in your OpenNote file ? If yes, then follow these steps: 1. Click on 'Insert' menu and choose 'Files as Printouts'. 2. Now you see 'Choose Document to Insert' dialog box. 3. Now select all your PDF files. To select all files, you have to just hold down the Ctrl key while selecting files. 4. Now OpenNote print your PDF file contents directly to the notebook page as picture. 5. All PDF files will be placed in your notes as a separate picture. 6. Now you can rearrange your files according to yourself. 7. To re-arrange the file, select it first. 8. Now click and drag the picture wherever you want. |
