Default Should I use OneNote or Access?

Hi all,

I have just embarked on a career as a grant writer and am currently at the stage of building up an information resource center for myself.

This includes lists of grant providers both government and non-government,not for profit organizations, educational resources including documents and web sites as well as other resources.

What I would like some advice on is what software would best be used for all this information?

I was originally going to build a database for all these resources, but then I thought One Note may be a bit more user friendly...

I would love to know what more experienced users than myself would consider to be the best option....and if you think something other that Access or One Note would be more appropriate, I welcome all suggestions!

Any advice and information would be appreciated. Thank you.

Mark
