Default Running a previous version of office

Hi,
In our office we have recently istalled Office 2010. We have several Access databases written in Office 2003.These contain a lot of VBA and I anticipate some forward compatability problems. In order to get some breathing space, how do I alter the properties of the desktop shortcuts for these databases on my colleagues PCs so that Office 2003 is used instead of the default 2010?
Thanks

You should be able to run Access 2003 programs in Access 2010.
