Default Displaying contact pictures in e-mail header

Hi. I have pictures for all my contacts. I can view the pictures when I display the contact cards. Se example 1 (attached picture).

When I was using Outlook 2007 the pictures was visible when i received e-mail from my contacts. No the wan't display. Se example 2 (attached picture).

Some of my colleagues can see the pictures, some can not. I can't find any settings that solve the problem.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem?

Thank you in advance!
