Connect Outlook "Event" to Office Document
I use the Calendars in Outlook to track my assignments for uni. I was just wondering, is there any way that I can open an event in Outlook and have it link to a corresponding Office document?
So, for example, I have a business case due next Tuesday. Can I make it so that when I double-click on "Business Case" in my calendar, instead of opening the details, it opens the actual Business Case docx file on my computer that I've mapped to it somehow? |

Hi
Yes you can put hyperlinks in a Calendar entry. When you get the reminder you can open the calendar item and click on the Hyperlink to open the file. Use this format: file://D:\\FolderName\\FileName.doc Good luck. Tony(OTPM) |
