Word chart with words for y-values?
Hello all,
I am struggling with a Word 2007 chart challenge. I am trying to build a chart that presents the states of alertness for infants on the left (y-axis), and the time the state was observed on the bottom (x-axis). I cannot figure out how to substitute numerical values that come standard on line graphs with actual words. I have built an excel worksheet that lists the times (11:00, 11:05, 11:10, etc) in column 1, and the states of alertness (there are 5: AA, AI, D, REM, NREM) in column 2. When I use this data in the creation of a line graph, the time values show up appropriately on the x-axis, but the y-axis still contains random numerical values. Does anyone have an idea for how I could replace these y-axis values with actual terms. I appreciate any guidance. |
