Default Project solution

First of all let me say hi. I am what I would consider and above average user of excel, I'm a spreadsheet nerd.

The question I have is about a project I am working on.

I want to build a spreadsheet that I can use to build crews (10 - 40 guys) and display it on a TV in a common area for others to view.

It is a simple project and I could just display the spreadsheet on the TV as a second monitor but it wouldn't look great. Is there a way to display it like a picture?

I would like to be able to work on it in normal view and then "push" it to the second display just for viewing.

Maybe I am using the wrong software? Any suggestions on what else might work better?

Which version of Excel are you working with? There are lots of new formatting features which look great in Excel 2010. When you say you want it displayed on a monitor, does that mean you don't want to see any menus or the task bar?

Hi Kevin
Your best option is to import your spreadsheet into PowerPoint and then display as a presentation.
Hope that helps.
Good luck.
