First of all let me say hi. I am what I would consider and above average user of excel, I'm a spreadsheet nerd.
The question I have is about a project I am working on. I want to build a spreadsheet that I can use to build crews (10 - 40 guys) and display it on a TV in a common area for others to view. It is a simple project and I could just display the spreadsheet on the TV as a second monitor but it wouldn't look great. Is there a way to display it like a picture? I would like to be able to work on it in normal view and then "push" it to the second display just for viewing. Maybe I am using the wrong software? Any suggestions on what else might work better? |

Which version of Excel are you working with? There are lots of new formatting features which look great in Excel 2010. When you say you want it displayed on a monitor, does that mean you don't want to see any menus or the task bar?

Hi Kevin
Your best option is to import your spreadsheet into PowerPoint and then display as a presentation. Hope that helps. Good luck. Tony(OTPM) |
