I installed a Microsoft office 2007 to my pc today.. n there seems to be errors with the display of it.. the default colours not showing and the entire theme seems like windows 98.. need urgent help please...

n this is the case with ms office 2010 applications as well.. im running on windows xp sp3

Perhaps a high-contrast theme is set in Windows Control panel?

It is possible to set it so that you can toggle it on and off with ALT+Left SHIFT+Print Screen. Try that key combo.
If not,
I think in Win XP, you could right-click the desktop to get to the themes.

well nah.. thats not it.. i tried setting it to high contrast and undo it.. but it still dint work..
