Question Office 2010 macro function warning driving me nuts

I installed Office 2010 on my Windows 7 PC. Every time I open and close Word I get this warning dialog.

With previous installs of Office I've never had this issue.

How can I disable this warning prompt and not render my PC insecure?

Hi
This is happening because you have macros in one or more of your templates that are not digitally signed and your macro security level is probably set to High. You an set your macro security level to Low if you feel you can trust all current macros and you should not see this message again.
Hope this helps.
