Default PC Upgrade/Office Reinstall Problem?

I've installed Office from an MS Office CD on my desktop and laptop which constitutes two installs. I'm doing a full upgrade on my desktop including mobo & HD and I'm wondering if I'm going to have a problem installing Office on my new system. Surely MS must allow for system upgrades or HD replacement. This is for my home office PC and I don't want any unpleasant surprises when I try to install Office on my new build. Any input will be greatly appreciated. Thanks!!!

Hi saidas,

Depending on which version of Office 2007 you're using there may not be any problems - different licences allow different numbers of concurrent installations. If there is a problem, a phone call to your nearest Microsoft State/National office should get it sorted.

My experience in the past with Office tech support is when I call the recording asks if this is for a new or existing product; either way you have to enter the license number. When I do, I get a recording saying that my initial one year warranty has expired with no way to proceed from there. Any other options?
