Default Options when Office 2007 CDs lost

Hi. I installed Window7 fresh and then my Office 2007 discs turned up missing. I have the "Office Home and Student 2007" box, with the Product Key intact. (What's left of the original Office installation is tucked away in a folder called Windows.old, created by Windows 7). Do I have to buy a new Office? Thanks!
