Older Office compatibility issues...help
Hello all,
I am running into issues. I have Office 2010 and love it. I am a recent college grad and I am creating resumes. I have created what i think is a great looking resume. however, if i email this doc to another person who does not have office 2010 it looks totally different...looks awful. Is there any way in office 2010 to convert it so that it will be seen just the way i see it in every word. I have tried to export it as a photo to paste into word but that looks awful. thank you |

Hi Michael,
With all versions of Office, the output (including on-screen) is affected by whatever printer driver the user has active. If you want to ensure the recipient sees exactly what you do, save the file in pdf format and send that. This has the added advantage of making it harder for them to change anything.
