Default Updating Existing Information

Hi,

I am trying to develop forms which will allow me to present the current information that I hold (in excel) and send them to the users to update that information.
When I receive those forms back, I should be able to store the information received in a table or even better to update it directly in the original table.

Any suggestions on how this can be done? If not through Office, are there any other tools that will allow me to do this.

Hi
There is an option in Excel where you can use the built in Data From that excel provides. You can use up to 32 fields in Excel 2007. What version of Excel are you using and I will send you the instructions.

Okay. Then follow this link for instructions on how to use the data form in Excel 2007:

Thanks for that. It is a good tool, but not of use for my purpose as I want to email the forms to the clients and then receive those back and update the information.
