Default access runtime application will not install

I have built an access application, used msi to install it. After the application is install, I start it and says "installing access run time" then it goes away and nothing happens.

This only occurs on one xp machine. I have been able to install without a problem on 11 other machings.

Help Please

Have you manually installed Access Runtime?

Manually installing Access Runtime may be required if you are installing on a computer that is running a newer version than Office 2000.
