Excel hangs up when opened from outlook

I have a big trouble with one computer - dell vostro- where there is Office 2003 on Win7.
When the excel sheet is open from outlook, received as an attachment then hangs up during the copy-paste operation.
I have searched many formus for the solution,
bluetooth drivers are disabled, office is reinstalled, compatiblity for XP SP2 is set up and there is still the same problem.


I have no idea what could be checked more for this, im trying to find out what elements of the system can be involved - clipboard? file system? access to the folder where Outlook attachments are stored..
Please advise where to go with it?
