Default Microsoft Outlook Slow to Task Mgr peak100%

I have this perculiar problem when I use Microsoft outlook.
If I toggle the views too fast or move some mails too fast; it will suddenly 'hangs' - or in reality forces the CPU To peak at 100% when u use the task manager to see.

It gets slower and slower that you almost have to wait 20 mins after each click on the keyboard. Only workaround is to reboot and starts on 1 or 2 mails and it comes back . A temporary solution was to reinstall the user profile and it only lasted for weeks and it resurfaces. Someone told me that this is a known bug and there is a published solution - any idea anyone - would appreciate you share with me
Thanks
Mich

Try "Detect and Repair" on the help menu.
