How do I implement Outlook?

I get an error message "Microsoft Office Outlook: Not Implemented" when I try to email pictures on XP. How can I implement this feature? It worked last week Thank you

Oh yeah. I am using both Incredimail for mail and Outlook for my PDA and I can send and receive mail on both accounts. I recently received a message to "updat Outlook" which I did but now I can't send pictures from My Pictures on XP. Think you can help? Outlook came with my computer....can I still uninstall and re-install (that is how I usually fix my problems.....)

Yes, the installation could be damaged, a simple uninstall/reinstall can solve this strange problem.
