Office 2010: Customise pressing 'File'

Is it possible to customise MS office to direct you to 'Recent' instead of 'Info', if anyone knows how, it will be greatly appreciated as it will save me loads of time in little bits which accumulate, as I don't really use the Info page at all.

WHich application in Office 2010 and exactly what are you tying to do. More information will help people to help you.
