office 2007 install error

hello. I have a problem with installing office 2007. during setup process the installer give error 1935 and don't install completely. please help me

Hi macropod,
Thanks for your reply. I checked the link and do the guide but my problem don't resolved.
I think that I must reinstall the windows because the gadgets of windows don't work and the "turn windows features on or off" dialog go blank and I can't install .Net framework.
