Default Cannot access Mailing Labels - dialogue box comes up as below


On trying to use 'Mailing' 'Labels' a dialogue box came up "There is a problem with the label information you are trying to use. You may be able to correct the problems by repairing office or by re-installing the label information" How do I do this? Pleased to receive help!

Hi Qwerty,

To repair Office 2007, go to Office Button|Word Options|Resources|Diagnose.

Default Can't access labels template in Word

Thanks Paul - tried it with no result. Drastic action - uninstalled Office 2007 and reinstalled - perfect result! Thanks anyway.

I'm glad you got it sorted. However, there are less drastic approaches than uninstalling and reinstalling (which isn't guaranteed to fix a wide range of issues). For future reference, see:
