Hey everyone,
I'm having trouble inputting the product key for MS Office 2010 on my netbook. I downloaded the trial version of Home and Business a couple of months ago and it's due to expire this Thursday. So I bought myself a copy of Office 2010 Home and Student in order to input the product key. I opened Word, clicked on Help, then Purchase Product, selected Enter Product Key, and typed in my key. As soon as I did, the message came up saying: "This is not a valid office key. Please check and retype it etc...." Now I've checked and retyped 5 times on 3 different programmes and it's still saying the same thing. Seeing as I'm using a netbook, I cannot use the CD to install Office and I can only work with downloading it off the Microsoft website. Now the trial version they're giving is only Home and Business. What am I doing wrong? Is it because I'm trying to activate a different suite? |
