Question Change text in minimized icons

Is there a way to change the text in the minimized icons? (I forget what they're called) Most of my programs print the file name, but Office programs print "Microsoft access - filename" of something similar, which means all I see after I minimize a window are a bunch of icons that say Microsoft. Not very useful.

Thanks
