Scanning into a program?
I would like to scan invoices into a searchable data base and was wondering if any office 2007 programs would work.

Hi phaz,
Microsoft Office doesn't include the functionality you're after. What you've described is a function of a document retrieval system. These typically include scanning hardware & software (which includes character recognition) and a database to which the scanned documents' text can be added for searching purposes.

Do you have any ideas about any programs that do this?

As indicated in my previous post, you need more than just a program. Document scanning & data retrieval requires a combination of software and hardware. To see what's out there, I'd suggest a web search using phrases like 'document scanning retrieval'.
