Another general question upgrading from Office 2003 to 2010
I'm sure it must be in here somewhere but I'm not finding it.
I'm considering upgrading to Office 2010 from 2003 but am concerned about how ALL my email will transfer. Calendar and Contacts are certainly important but retaining my email is crucial. Thanks in advance! |

Hi Ckingfly,
The Outlook 2003 files should convert OK the first time you start Outlook 2010. To be safe, though, you should always make a backup of any important files before such a major system upgrade.

Thanks Paul!
Appreciate the confirmation. I HATE software upgrades for fear of losing something.
