Returning my OPS settings in Office 2010

thanks for your reply.

I'm not sure on the procedure followed because a friend did it when I was not in the room

What I do know is that I don't have the option in the new 2010 Office folder (step 3).
It's a Dutch version of XP so terms might not correspond 1 on 1, but in the folder MS Office Tools I have:
- digital certificate for VBA projects
- MS mediagalery
- MS Office 2010 Upload Center
- MS Office Picture manager
- Language preferences for Office 2010
