Default SOLVED - MS 365 Personal sub - ? Access on Windows Laptop

I'm considering subscribing to MS 365 Personal but, in the blurb, it says MS Access is for "only PC"

Does that mean on 'Windows' device and not Mac, OR that it won't work on a Windows Laptop, please?

I can't see why a Windows laptop shouldn't be different to PC, to be honest but it will limit my choices of any new devices.

Many thanks if someone can CONFIRM Access will work on Win Laptops, please
