Question Thinking of cancelling 365 subscription

Hello all, this is my first post here.

I am based in the US and have the $100USD annual 365 subscription. I am considering cancelling this in the near future.

If I do, will I still be able to use the included applications? (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)

I understand that cancelling the subscription means reduced or removal of OneDrive, and no more updates, among the removal of other characteristics, benefits and perks, but I usually just use the three named apps.

Thank you, Salvador

Searched Google, got this from AI:

After canceling a Microsoft 365 subscription, the installed Office apps will enter a reduced functionality mode. In this mode, you can still open and view existing documents, but you won't be able to create new ones or edit existing ones. You may also see "Unlicensed Product" notifications.

Still, I would like to hear from a human :-). Salvador

Is you don't need the extra MS 365 stuff, you might want to consider perpetual license Office Home & Business 2024.

Your request has been blocked. This could be due to several reasons.

(Only if you are on a Mac - It has ONLY New Outlook for Mac. No Legacy).
