Today my account was suspended due to:
Policy violation: Abuse of our platform and services Microsoft system used: Skype But I haven't used Skype in the last few years, someone hacked it and used it. I filled out the form but got 3 identical answers from a robot. How can I get my case reviewed fairly by a human? I'm in Ukraine. Thanks in advance. |

Thank you. I was blocked, as they explained, because of some violations in the use of Skype. How and to whom can I explain that I have not used Skype for several years, and most likely someone hacked it without my knowledge? And even if it is about Skype, they blocked Excel, Word and OneDrive. How can I ask to unblock these products?

Contact - Microsoft Support and type in: telephone support You should then get a page with links to Customer service phone numbers and How do I talk to a live person for customer service?
