Hey guys,
This has been really bugging me. I got setup with Office 365 on my work PC, which is W11 Pro - everything is fine functionally, but... Publisher, Powerpoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, whenever I hover the mouse over a change that I want to make, I don't get previews. I know this is possible, I just don't know what setting I have to change. I'm talking about, you select some text, you go to the font selector, and you hover over a different font - or you're changing the fill colour of a shape, and you hover over a different colour - all of this stuff is supposed to preview (aka, show you what the result is gonna look like, before you commit to making it). Ideally there is some global change which impacts all Office programs, there's no way it has to be done manually per program - but I'd take any suggestion as long as it works. Googling this is hard because as soon as you use the word "preview", all the results are about something else. |

Really? No replies? Wow what happened...
I'll give another example. In Excel 2007 at home, if I hold the scroll-bar with my mouse, and scroll, the cells update in real time, as I scroll. On my W11 at work, when I scroll, it just tells me what row the scroller is at, and updates the cell contents when I let go of the scroll bar. Come on guys, can really nobody tell me what's going on here? |
