Hello all.
This is my first post. I bought a new computer last year and at the same time purchased a lifetime MS Office 2021 license. The new computer came with a trial version of O365 installed, the subscription for which is now coming to an end. I am wanting to convert from my expiring O365 trial version to my Office 2021 lifetime license but cannot find any information on how I go about this. I contacted MS support and, after about 20 minutes, the person who was supposed to be helping me, and who had assured me that the problem could be solved, disappeared without trace. I am hoping the good people here will be able to point me in the correct direction to resolve this problem. Many thanks in anticipation Simon |

Sounds like you've had some bad luck with MS support To switch from the O365 trial to Office 2021, you’ll need to uninstall O365 first. After that, just install Office 2021 using the product key you received when you bought it. You can enter the key during installation or use the “Office Setup” website if needed. Make sure Office 2021 is registered to the same Microsoft account you used to purchase it.
