I've been away from Office and need to get re-acquainted with VBA. I don't have a copy of Office with VBA 7.1 (the final version), and it looks like Office 2013 and newer, which have 7.1, have nontransferrable, single-user licenses. In other words, it appears I can't buy a used copy of Office, but I can't find confirmation. Is this, in fact, the case? I'm not interested in a recurring-billing M365 account, and the perpetual Office 2021 is too expensive.
