![]() I'm running two machines with the retail version of Office 2019 Home & Business. Until today, both were working fine, but suddenly one of them cannot run the update service resulting in this screen: Screenshot 2024-06-30 223711.png I have uninstalled and reinstalled Office and I did a Windows System Repair install, but none of that made any difference. Going to the Help option on the failure screen provides no guidance other than reinstalling Office. Everything else in Office seems to be working properly. The machine is a Dell XPS 8930, with 64 gig RAM. The main drive is a 1TB Samsung 970 EVO+ with 680 GB free. Internet is accessed through ethernet connection to my home network and connected with a 600 Mbs fiber optic connection from my ISP. The network and internet connections are working fine. Can anyone provide me with guidance on where to look to resolve this problem? Thank you. |
