Default Office won't start

Running Window 10 with Office 365. Suddenly neither Word nor Excel open by double-clicking or directly clicking on the app.

Rebooted

Go to app and use online full repair option
NG
Reboot
NG
Download and install Office 365 (OfficeSetup)
NG
Using Agent Ransak, uninstalled Office using the Moderate setting.
Reboot
Download and install Office 365 (OfficeSetup)
NG
Reboot

Using Agent Ransak, uninstalled Office using the Advance setting
Delete all Office folders in the Program Files folder
Reboot and install Office 365 (OfficeSetup)
NG
Reboot
NG
Upgrade from Windows 10 to Windows 11
NG
Using Agent Ransak I uninstalled Office using the Advance setting
Reboot
install Office 365 (OfficeSetup)

I am now forced to use Google Doc and Sheets - which I hate

FYI, I have two graphics drivers that are up to date (NVIDIA uninstalled and replaced).
Intel(R) UHD Graphics 630
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650
