I have Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2019 on Windows 11.
When I try to open Word, for example, after starting the system, I have to wait about 15 - 20 seconds.
The same thing happens when opening EXcel or Power Point.
Then for a while these programs open immediately, but after an hour of using the computer I again have to wait 20 seconds for the programs to open.
If any of you have encountered this problem and solved it, please help me and provide repair instructions.

Run the repair feature built-in to Office installation.

Search the MS website for your issue and a solution.

If that doesn't work, try uninstalling then reinstalling Office.

Are your copy of Microsoft Office Pro Plus 2019 and Windows 11 operating system updated to the latest versions? Sometimes updates may include fixes and optimizations that improve program performance.
Check to see if you have any additional plugins or extensions installed for your Office programs that may be slowing down their loading. Try disabling them temporarily and see if the opening process speeds up.

Thank you for all the tips for my problem.
I waited longer to respond because there was a positive change and I wanted to wait to see if it was a lasting improvement.
On March 20, there was a major update to Office 2019, after which the problem with long waits to open the application disappeared.
Now all Office 2019 applications open instantly.

Gotta love those MS updates. First they cripple Office ... then they repair what they've destroyed. Sort of a "Love / Hate Relationship" ... very maladjusted.
