Math Notes Templates

I am not sure if I have placed this in the right section, and if I haven't, please move accordingly: this is my first time posting. I have searched the internet for the solution, but I have not found any solutions.

My math teacher has made notes for our class that we in fill in, and she has it in word document. There are a lot of graphs and equations in it. Now that I have a tablet PC, I would like to fill in the work sheets on the computer. The only problem is there are no lines! I can get pretty crooked without lines. Is there any ways to copy thesenotes into one note with all the equations & graphs besides copying and pasting,as this isn't that great! Thanks for your help!
