![]() I have a non subscription Home & Student Version of Office 2016 and just had to wipe the computer clean. When I go to the Microsoft site to download, it takes my product key and says it is already loaded. The only options are subscriptions. Is there a way to download? I also notice that my MS account shows that I have two computers running Windows yet I only have one. It looks like after wiping clean the computer has a new name. Is there a way to contact MS to get this fixed. |

Well, chatting on the MS web site. Someone was able to take control of my system to download and load Office. However, it is still not activated. Has anyone had this issue?
