Is it safe to install 3 different versions of Office on the same laptop? I'm in the process of moving from Word 2002 to 2007 to 2010 and would like to keep them all installed for now. Would that cause a problem?
Thank you. |

Word 2002 is not compatible with Win 10. You can install both Office 2007 & 2010 on the same PC, though only one installation of Outlook is permitted. Office 2007 should be installed before 2010.

Thank you.
I know that word 2002 is not compatible with W10. That is why I'm moving to a different Office version. The laptop I use already has Word 2002 and Word 2007 installed. Office 2010 is arriving today. Ultimately I will remove 2002 and 2007. But, for the time being can I install Word, Excel, and PowerPoint from Office 2010 without messing things up? Any precautions? Thank you again for all your help past and present. |
